Merch Strategy & Production: Bringing Bikeology to Life

Designing for a brand doesn't stop at digital screens—it's about creating tangible connection points people want to wear and share.

For Bikeology, I took their brand identity off the page and built a full merchandise line designed to foster community engagement.

Beyond creating the custom illustrations and apparel layouts, I managed the end-to-end production pipeline: sourcing suppliers, choosing high-quality apparel blanks, handling print file preparation, and managing quality control.

To streamline distribution without adding operational friction for the client, I hosted and managed the entire storefront inventory directly through Slashgraphics.

Key Outcomes

  • End-to-End Product Design: Created custom, print-ready apparel graphics aligned with Bikeology's community culture.

  • Production Facilitation: Coordinated vendor relations, material selection, and physical quality assurance.

  • E-Commerce Integration: Streamlined order fulfillment and product hosting on Slashgraphics to drive brand visibility and seamless sales.
