My paintings explore the natural cycles of life and death, damage and repair, and love and loss. Teepee was my first painting and it remains a favorite.
I cut, tear, and glue photographs, maps, drawings and found images on canvas, wood (and sometimes household goods!), surrounding and layering them with acrylic paint and translucent glaze.
