My paintings explore the natural cycles of life and death, damage and repair, and love and loss. I cut, tear, and glue photographs, maps, drawings and found images on canvas, wood (and sometimes household goods!), surrounding and layering them with acrylic paint and translucent glaze. 

This painting is inspired by the directions to my childhood home.
