Public Interest Alberta 2024-2025 Annual Report

For the Public Interest Alberta’s 2025–2026 Annual Report, I led the visual design, illustration, and publication layout, building a distinct visual identity that reflects the organization's mission and momentum.

Building a cohesive visual story for a province-wide advocacy network requires balancing complex data delivery with strategic messaging. For this Public Interest Alberta’s 2024–2025 Annual Report, I led the publication layout, creative style creation, and custom illustration framework to turn dense annual updates into an engaging, accessible stakeholder report.

Key Responsibilities & Highlights:

  • Visual Identity & Custom Illustration: Established an approachable, unified visual style using custom illustrations, custom graphics, and intentional layout hierarchy to keep readers engaged across long-form updates.

  • Information Architecture & Multi-Channel Organizing: Structured multi-task force milestones, financial reporting, and complex advocacy campaigns into clear, digestible sections for diverse audiences.

  • Cross-Functional Team & Content Management: Coordinated review cycles across program staff, executive directors, and board stakeholders to maintain brand alignment and meet production timelines.

This report served as a cornerstone communication tool for board meetings, partner organizations, and member recruitment, reinforcing PIA’s mission and demonstrating organizational impact across Alberta.
